Sevena is a private concierge practice serving clients around the world. We act as a single, trusted point of contact for private individuals and their families — the number they call first, from any city, whatever the request.
The practice is deliberately small. We take on a limited number of clients so that every relationship stays personal, every preference is remembered, and every arrangement is checked twice before it reaches you.
Most of our clients arrive by referral and stay for years. What they value is not spectacle but certainty: things happen when they should, the way they should, in whichever time zone the day begins — without noise.

Sevena is one practice with two coordinating offices — Hong Kong and Nicosia — placed so that a request never has to wait for someone's morning. Between them, and through a long-standing partner network in the world's major cities, we look after clients wherever they happen to be.
